Making It Happen...

Rainn Wilson (Dwight from "The Office") had a pretty cool post on his blog SoulPancake today.

He basically said that if you write something down, you have a seven-times-better chance of actually making it happen. If that's the case, who needs a palm reader when you have a Sharpie?

Then he challenged people to whip out a Sharpie and write on your palm something that you REALLY want to happen and then post a link to it. Me being somewhat of a Sharpie aficionado - I jumped at the chance to use my Sharpies!

Here is what I posted. What would yours say?

another reason why our families would make great neighbors ... we are a huge sharpie family ... we put tattoos on the kids all the time w/sharpies, i write reminders on my hand daily, i write my children's name and phone number on them w/ a sharpie before they go to a bday party (just in case they get knocked out ... hey you never know), we write Katie's kids on our arms sometime to remember to pray for certain request... So I love this idea and will definitely be borrowing it ... Mine would definitely say something like "See The Orphans ...Take One Step of Action Today ...Prov. 31:8"

Love it. We'll take the Sharpie challenge when Mark gets back. No fair though. You took all the best verses.
