Creek Stompin'

Today was yet another steamy hot day in the ATL. We tried to rally some neighbors for some slip-n-slide action - but no luck. So we decided to hop in the car, hike out a mile or so and stomp around in the creek!



Meron was a little reserved at first but things changed quick. I showed her and mommy how to skip rocks and they both had fun throwing them in the creek.



Then Meron got a little nutty and threw herself in!




I think her smile said it all - she was having a blast!


No family trip anywhere would be complete without at least one "mommy self portrait."


Meron was a little pooped out but she did not want to leave! Luckily she got to ride in the B.O.B. for the mile trip back - I think we all wished we had one!
