Section 101(b)(1)(F)

So... our USCIS clearance was gonna expire soon - like next week or something. We had sent in our paperwork to extend it but it was possibly gonna take like 75 days or something nutty like that. We don't have 75 days. We are ready to bring Mebrate home now!

We were afraid we might have to send Meron down there to let her do a little "glance over the top of my glasses" look at them to see what she could get done...

Luckily - we didn't have to do that.

When we got home today there was a nice little envelope from our friends at USCIS in the mailbox.

And in that nice little envelope was a nice little piece of paper with a nice little sentence that read:

"It has been determined that you are able to furnish proper care to an orphan(s) as defined in Section 101(B)(1)(F) of the Immigration and Nationality Act."
Well... whew. That's good. Cuz our girl is coming home soon!

With no ultra-sounds, doctor visits, belly kicks or morning sickness... we have to celebrate every little step in the process that we can.

This was one was big. We're coming to get ya soon Mebrate!
