This dude right here is displaying EXACTLY how we all feel right now...
After driving 13 hours today - 5 of which were in weather like this (that has moved North now) with blowing torrential rain and flood waters so high the roads were almost shut down...
We got to our hotel - safe and sound but SPENT - checked in - headed out for dinner, wandered around a local mall for some exercise - and then came back and CRASHED!
There's a whole lot of deep snoozing happening right now because 2 days and 1,600 miles is a CRAZY tough trip... and we're only half way to home!
But when I saw these two together - knowing how much spending this time together meant to these two...
I am reminded of how worth it that this crazy trip was!
